At QuickFindsPR, we’re committed to delivering the hottest viral products and must-haves to you as quickly as possible across Puerto Rico and the continental United States. All orders are fulfilled through trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on package size and destination).
1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, Black Friday, back-to-school), processing may take up to 5 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
• Puerto Rico (including Vieques and Culebra): 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Continental United States: 5–10 business days after shipment.
• These are carrier estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, internal customs processing (for PR), incorrect addresses, or high volume.
3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• We offer FREE shipping on orders over $59 (within Puerto Rico only). For orders under $59 or shipments to the continental US, rates typically range from $6.99 to $14.99 (exact amount shown before payment).
• Larger/heavier items (e.g., 13-Piece Yoga & Pilates Set) may have higher shipping fees, displayed transparently in your cart.
4. Shipping to Puerto Rico – Special Notes
• As a Puerto Rico-based store, we prioritize fast local delivery.
• Puerto Rico is a US territory, so most shipments are treated as domestic (no international customs duties apply in most cases).
• Recent carrier requirements may occasionally request HS codes for PR shipments—this is handled on our end and does not add extra costs or delays for you (though it can add 1–2 days in rare cases).
5. Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
• Track your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com) or in your QuickFindsPR account.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
• If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days from the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately at support@quickfindspr.com or via WhatsApp (include your order number).
• For lost or damaged items, we’ll file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund (typically resolved within 7–14 days).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship only to Puerto Rico and the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii with additional fees).
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations outside the US at this time.
• Certain products may have size/weight restrictions—check the product page for details.
8. Changes and Cancellations
• You may cancel or modify an order only if it has not yet been processed/shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
• Once shipped, we cannot stop or redirect the package.
